The infected individual rode the train during the morning and evening rush hours between the Lafayette and Montgomery stations. The days involved are Wednesday through Friday.
The infected person also ate at the E&O Kitchen and Bar on Wednesday. It is in San Francisco and people could have been infected between the hours of about 5:30pm and 7:00pm. Co-workers have been informed of the potential exposure.
Measles is highly contagious and can remain active up to two hours. This means anyone getting on the train or entering the restaurant two hours after the infected person has left could become infected if they were not vaccinated.
