The decision is supposed to be announced at a press conference that an email said was expected to be held this afternoon. No news has been released yet as to when it would be announced. Officer Wilson has said that he does not expect to be indicted, but his lawyers are saying nothing.
As things become more intense in Ferguson, statements made so far also seem to indicate that he is not expected to be indicted.
Demonstrations over the incident have gone on for over three months and they have not always been peaceful. Because trouble is expected when the announcement is made, about 100 FBI agents have been sent to the area.
Things have already started getting ugly with the crowd taunting police officers. On Thursday night, there was a scuffle and five people were arrested and several pepper sprayed. The father of Michael Brown continues to call for calm.
